How do I order an insurance policy?

1. On-line order  

To purchase one of our insurance products available online, you should access the appropriate insurance box. Follow the steps of the displayed form and finally indicate the contact details.

After carefully checking the entered data and choosing the offer, click on the "order" button. The whole process takes two to three minutes.

We will contact you shortly to validate the order and to elaborate the details regarding the delivery of the insurance policy.

2. Telephone order

You can place an order by calling +373 22 854 855 or +373 22 211 758, daily, between 09:00 and 18:00, Monday - Friday. We will take the order, record the necessary data and inform you how and when you will be able to obtain the requested insurance policy.

The delivery is FREE, Monday to Saturday, in Chisinau.

Terms of delivery

For Zone 1: Chishinau, Codru, Durleshti, Airport Area

If your order was placed until 3:00 pm (Monday - Friday), the insurance policy will be delivered the same day, if the order is placed after the time indicated above - You will receive the insurance the next day. Orders received after 3pm on Friday or Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next Monday, starting at 9am. Delivery in Zone 1 is free! *

For Zone 2: Cricova, Ciorescu, Staucheni, Gratieshti, Ghidighici, Vatra, Dumbrava, Ialoveni, Bacioi, Singera, Bubuieci, Colonitsa, Tohatin

If your order was made until 3pm (Monday - Friday), then the insurance will be delivered on the same day, if after the indicated times, then you will receive the insurance the next day or, if we have technical possibility, the same day . Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday, starting at 9:00. Delivery in Zone 2 is free! *

Delivery time is approximately 60 minutes. The delivery time of the order may vary depending on days of rest, weather conditions or road traffic.

Green Card

The compulsory third-party car liability insurance
